I forget my password and I can not log in

Hi, I have forget my 1Password password and now I can not log in. I looked for my Emergency Kit and I have the secret key and the QR but the password is not there. I have no access to any device that had my account ever opened on it and I do no have any other family members linked to my account that could generate a recovery code for me.

It is possible to reset the password or something I could do to recover the old one?

    I'm sorry you're unable to access your 1Password account. Your account password and Secret Key are used to decrypt your 1Password data. Because your privacy and security are our priority, they're stored on your device and are never sent to us.

    We have an article with some tips for remembering your password:
    If you forgot your password or you can't unlock 1Password

    If you’ve created a recovery code for your account, you can also use this to restore your account access. Look in your downloads folder for a TXT file named “1Password Recovery Code”:
    Generate and use recovery codes

    If you still can't access your account, we can help you delete it and start over with a new password and Secret Key. Any items in the account will not be accessible once the deletion is complete. If you'd like to delete your 1Password account and create a new one, please reach out to my colleagues via email using support+forum@1password.com.
