Deleted password not in trash

I went onto a site that I use on a regular basis and nothing would autofill, I searched 1Password and could not find it, I tried username, website, nothing. I checked my work account to see if I moved it by accident, it's just gone. I recently exported1Password to a csv file and it exists, so now the question is, how did a password get deleted less than 30 days ago but it's not in the deleted items and how many other passwords have I possibly lost ?

    I'm sorry that you're not seeing an item in 1Password. 1Password will never delete an item unless a user gives it a specific command to do so, and even when deleted those items can be found in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:

    1. On what date did you export your passwords to the CSV file?
    2. Do you see the missing item when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app) and click Recently Deleted there?
    3. Do you see the missing item in the Archive on 1Password.com?
    4. Did you recently delete any vaults?

    I exported the file on 9/5/24
    I noticed missing on 9/18/24
    Nothing on 1Password account online
    Nothing in recently deleted and nothing in archive
    I have not deleted any vaults that I'm aware of

    I found it, it was somehow renamed, not sure why it would not autofill with the wrong title but it was not deleted

    I'm glad that you were able to find the item. Does autofill with that item now work or is it still not working?

    If it's still not working then is the item not being suggested at all on the correct webpage? Or does nothing happen when you click on the suggestion on the page to fill your login? Are you able to share the website address so that I can try to reproduce the issue?
