Save in 1Password is an extremely helpful feature of the browser extension, making the process of signing up and saving all the provided details in 1Password close to a single effort.

When saving to 1Password, entries other than username, password and website are saved in a group under Saved on website. Though I have yet to find this feature useful, I can see that it might be useful in some limited circumstances, however for my entries I don't want the Saved on... group, just to have pre-defined fields such as Email, Phone, Address, etc. populated and new fields created for the other entries.
The problem is that there appears to be no way to remove the Saved on... while preserving the entries, thus requiring the manual re-creation of each entry followed by the deletion of the Saved on... group.

There are several ways to address this in the UI, none of which are an obvious choice. My preference would be to have Saved on... grouping optional in the Save item modal, e.g. with a checkbox, with the default being to simply create the entries for each field in the form, leaving any clean-up a matter of renaming or removing as needed.

As a bonus, recognise Name as a new default field, since it's very common in signup forms.
