1Password Issues on Void Linux XFCE: 2FA Token Not Remembered, Screen Lock Not Recognized
Hello 1Password team,
I've encountered a couple of issues while using 1Password on Void Linux with the XFCE desktop environment, and I wanted to bring them to your attention.
2FA Token Not Remembered: Every time I open the 1Password application, it requires me to manually input my two-factor authentication (2FA) token. The token is not remembered between sessions, forcing me to re-enter it each time. This significantly reduces the convenience of the app. From what I've seen in past discussions, it seems that this issue has been raised before. It would be great if the team could look into this and provide a solution.
xfcelock Not Recognized: 1Password doesn't seem to recognize xfcelock as a valid screen lock. As a result, I am not able to use my system credentials to unlock 1Password after the screen is locked. This limits the security and convenience of accessing 1Password using system login credentials.
Both of these issues make the overall experience of using 1Password with Void Linux and XFCE less smooth, and I'm hoping they can be addressed in a future update. Any help or insight from the team would be appreciated.
Thanks for your attention to these matters, and I look forward to any updates or advice you can provide.
