Wife's Account from Demo in June Gone After I Recently Subscribed

Hi,

This may be by design, but I think my wife's account in our Family demo got removed after the initial demo expired. Is so, that's fine, I just want to know for sure.

Basically, I gave the Family subscription a try in mid June, and after the 2 week debo expired, tested other password keepers. I decided recently I wanted to pay for the yearly subscription to 1Password, as it's the best one I found. 🙂

However, when I logged into my existing demo account and entered payment details, I was kindly given another 2 week demo. I saw the payment post today, and decided to check the account to make ones for my kids.

When I finally found the place to add an account for them (I'd already forgotten), I saw that my wife's previous account was not there. Is that by design? Or shouldn't be a big deal, since I don't think she tested it as much as I did, but if it's still there I'd love to have it restored rather than have her start from scratch.

    Log into your account on https://my.1password.com and then in the sidebar (right side) select the People tab. Do you see your wife listed? Also, ensure you are accessing the correct account. Sometimes folks have a couple of accounts they have tested with over the years and access an incorrect account.

    Thanks for your reply! I do see her listed after following your instructions above. 🙂

    As a follow up question, since I'm still learning how to use the Android app - is there a way to access "People" in the app, or is that a web only option? I couldn't find "People" anywhere, so I apparently confused "Accounts" with "People."

    I'm glad to hear you found her account.

    Currently, the invitation process or adding people is only available using 1Password.com. Perhaps that will change in the future. It's an often requested item. Being a very heavy app user, myself I would much rather see it in the application, too. So I'm right there with you.
