List permissions
Is there a way to grant only List permissions?
The View Items permission still allows users to download files, though it seems to block access to secret content (starred content like passwords ****).
However, being able to download something like a certificate with just View Items permission is not secure enough for us. Ideally, this option should be managed through Client Settings, with a more granular permission like Download Files, similar to the View and Copy Passwords setting under Client Settings.

Additionally, when creating a Service Account, is there a way to restrict its permissions so that it can only list vaults or groups without being able to view or download any secrets or files? In our use case, we need a service account that can access metadata (e.g., list all or specific vaults or groups) without exposing any secrets stored inside.
Is there a way to achieve this level of permission control with the current system, or is it something being considered for future updates?

I'd recommend emailing the technical team to ensure what you're looking for is properly conveyed. They may have suggestions beyond what I am familiar with. They can also properly record your feature request to ensure it's captured correctly.
