Lost master password and just overly frustrated

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere in the past. I get 1Password wants to maintain the highest security by not allowing support to have access to customer accounts, but how do you ultimately support something you can't access? I've paid over $200 for this software for my business. I set up the account and downloaded the Emergency Kit but got pulled away from this work and can't remember what I made the password. There's no way to recover the account because they can't access I get that, but can you just make me a new account? Believe me, I've gone through every help document on the face of this system. All I've done for the past 24 hours is sit here and guess random passwords, but the master password is something I don't typically use because I keep my patterns for business separate from other lifestyles.

    Hello @djinvasion21! 👋

I'm sorry that you're experiencing issues with accessing your 1Password account. At 1Password, we value your privacy and security. Because of that, your 1Password account password and Secret Key are tools to decrypt your information and are only stored on your device. They are never transmitted to us and we cannot recover your account access for you.

If there's another administrator or owner on the same 1Password membership as you then they can help recover your account: Recover accounts for family or team members

There's no way to recover the account because they can't access I get that, but can you just make me a new account?

If you aren't able to recall your account password, and there isn't another owner or administrator that can help you recover your account, then the team will be able to help you start over. I see that you have a ticket open and one of my colleagues will be sending you another reply soon. Please continue the conversation there.

To prevent having the same conversation in two places at once, I'm closing this thread.
