If you've turned on two-factor authentication for your 1Password account, you could be using any authenticator app to generate one-time passwords. It could be an app like Google Authenticator, Authy, or any other industry standard-compliant app.

The code is generated by a TOTP app such as Microsoft Auth., Google Auth., Duo, Authy, and many many others. Do you recall using one of those?
