Clarification for Archive and Recently Deleted
For Family accounts with multiple vaults, are Archive and Recently Deleted shared across all users, or are they specific to each individual user? I see that these items contain vault information, so presumably they are shared, i.e. there is exactly one Archive and exactly one Recently Deleted for each account, not each user.
Further, once items are in either of these, do they follow the access rules of the Vault, meaning that no one can see any Private entry except the user who created and subsequently archived/trashed it.
Can anyone confirm?

Hi there @garyhooper

This is correct, yes.
Archive and Recently Deleted are per-vault, rather than per-user, so anyone who has access to that vault will see any Archived or Recently Deleted items.
For example, if you're using 1Password Families, and you Archive or Delete an item in the Shared vault, every family member will be able to see that when they click Archive or Recently Deleted.
However, if you did that in your Private vault, no-one else would see it.
I hope that explains things fully, but please do let me know if I can be of any further help. :)
