I want a force sync button.
To whom this might concern,
Hi.
For some reason, syncing has not worked for months for one of my machines.
Using all items chronological order - Bad machine - Note also the connectivity, and the system time - image 01:
Using all items chronological order - Good machine - Note also the connectivity, and the system time - image 02:
Note how on the bad machine, the latest entries are on May 2024, while the latest entries on the good machine are in Sept.
I've read all the discussions in the following urls:
1. https://1password.community/discussion/102548/force-sync
2. https://1password.community/discussion/126543/force-sync-on-desktop-app
3. https://support.1password.com/sync/ - totally useless advice for a "support" page
4. https://support.1password.com/lost-data/ - totally useless advice for a "support" page
I have tried:
1. locking and unlocking
2. logging out of the windows account and logging in
3. rebooted the machine
4. make sure the time is synced
5. added many many entries - refer to image 02
None worked.
I've sent an email to support with the diagnostic report
Can we please have a force sync button?

Hello @nekowithscythe! 👋
I'm sorry that the 1Password for Windows app isn't showing the same data on both devices. 1Password is designed to immediately have your items, and edits to those items, available on all of your devices at once. If this isn't happening then it means that something is going wrong.
As a first step, make sure that any antivirus, firewall, or other security appliances aren't blocking any of 1Password's ports and domains: 1Password ports and domains
If that doesn't work then I see that you've opened a ticket with our team. One of my colleagues will send you a reply there as soon as possible. To prevent duplication of efforts, I'll close this thread.
