1Password Update fail
Do I need to do an exclusion for this? We use Microsoft Defender as our AV. Would the exclusion be an AntiVirus exclusion or a Defender Firewall exclusion?

I'm sorry that 1Password isn't updating properly on your Windows PC. Can you try the steps in this article to whitelist 1Password in your security apps:
Once you've whitelisted the files, try to update 1Password again. If that still doesn't work then can you tell me what version of 1Password for Windows, and what version of Windows itself, you're using?

Ok, in Intune - Endpoint Security - AntiVirus - I created a new AntiVirus Exclusion and added the paths in the screenshot above. Is that the correct steps and paths that need to be excluded?0
