Where did my password go, again!

Sorry to reopen this topic, but I have seen this behaviour again on a different site. It is not something I can reproduce as it works every time on your test site.

I've posted this again to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

This is my original post
I've just used the 1Password suggested password for a new account. The little popup box appeared, very briefly, that looked like it was saving the entry but it is not there in 1Password.

Again, I can find the password generated in the password generation history so can manually create the entry.

I'm sorry that the issue occurred again. On September 25th, I see that my colleague sent you some instructions on how to generate a diagnostics report the next time that the issue occurs so that we can investigate the behaviour further.

If you can send that report to the team by replying to my colleague's last email then that would be the best place to continue the conversation.

Thank you! The diagnostics report will tell us more about what's happening behind the scenes when the issue occurs so that we can investigate further.

I confirm that your report made it to the correct team and one of my colleagues will send you a reply as soon as possible via email. Since we'll continue the conversation over email, I'll close this thread.
