Account Frozen

I have paid for entire year on September 2024 and suddenly on Saturday i lost access and it keeps on saying your account is frozen. I have lost my billing details in the account and the discount that was applied to the account

I have raised 2 support tickets till now and have provided the paid invoice copy to the support team member that got in touch with me and it's over 24 hours nothing has happened.

Also, there is no way to contact the support team directly.

I would like someone from 1password to check this as a top priority as i have literally gone handicapped.
