One of my users is experiencing the following

We're using Azure SSO.

User: "Since then we were required to change the windows Password (according to the organization procedures),
I have a problem every time I connect to my computer. when I’m trying to connect to the 1password interface.
I’m required to enter again my password and authentication each time. that wasn’t before."

    Is the user required to enter their credentials through 1Password.com, 1Password in the browser or the 1Password desktop app?
