Hey,
I'm currently running arch with awesomewm as window manager. I'm trying to use the 1password desktop app, but it doesn't allow autolocking.
"Your current environment does not support Auto-lock. 1Password will not lock when your computer is idle."
How can this be taken care of? There's no further detail given, so I do not know which conditions need to be fulfilled.

Hey @NerdwaveNick, thanks for reaching out.
I see that you've also contacted us via email and one of my colleagues has responded to you.
Let's continue the conversation over there!

Same issue here - why keeping helpful conversation like this in a private ticket chat? Could you elaborate what is neccessary to have to locking again? Running KDE Plasma 6.1
Thanks

If someone opens both a thread and a forum conversation at the same time then we usually continue the conversation via email since the team is able to pull up account information and request things like diagnostics reports in an email ticket.
That being said, I understand that you're also seeing a message that auto-lock is not available on your Linux device. Can you tell me what window manager you're using? Is it KWin or something else?

Using default Plasma 6.1.5 with kwin.

Even on the latest: 1Password for Linux 8.10.48 (81048017)
I still get the message that it is not available on my system.
The weird thing is, if I lock my system intentional with META-L 1password is locked, when I relogin I need to enter a system password. But if I just wait until the screensaver kicks in, it stays unlocked.
Would be great to get the informaiton you found in the ticket, I can imagine it is not very helpful if every sole user with the problem need to create a new personal ticket?
My guess - Wayland. 1password still is not easy on wayland only systems.

I got the same message. I'm trying out EndeavourOS with Cinnamon 6.2.9 installed.
Also, when unlocking 1Password and typing in my 2FA code, the following error appears:
1Password was unable to save your two-factor token.I used EndeavourOS with latest Gnome for some weeks, and it worked without issues. What could be the issue here?

What can I do, to get this working?
