Long loading times using extension in Arc Brownswer

Hi there,
I'm using the Arc Browser on Mac. I have the Chrome 1Password extension installed. It used to work perfectly, but for several months, every time I open the extension, it needs to load for 5-10 seconds and then I'm prompted to enter my master password. Previously it allowed me to use my Macbook touchID and I never dealt with the extension having to load.

Any ideas what's causing these issues?

    Based on what you shared, there's a communication issue between the 1Password desktop app and 1Password in the browser. As a first step, please check the app integration settings in the 1Password desktop app and the 1Password extension in your browser: If the 1Password browser extension doesn't unlock when you unlock the 1Password app.

    If you're still experiencing issues, can you check if the same problem occurs using a different browser?

    I appreciate the help! This has solved the long loading time issue. I now get a different pop-up that I think is associated with my desktop app.

    Is there any way I can use my Macbook's TouchID to fill out the password field rather than having to retype it every time?

    You're welcome. I'm glad that solved the loading issue. It sounds like you may still be encountering a communication issue between the 1Password desktop app and 1Password in the browser. With app integration, unlocking the 1Password desktop app with Touch ID should unlock the 1Password extension at the same time.

    1. First, please recreate the issue you are experiencing.
