Support Ticket

Is this a community forum or a support desk? I cannot find where/how to log a support ticket? The "Bot" runs you in circles. PLEASE just let me fill out a form to log a ticket - why make it so hard?

    The 1Password Community is predominantly a community of 1Password users who can help each other out, but we do have staff like me who help out too, or ask customers to contact us by email for more complex things.

    If you ask BitBot to "contact support", it'll forward your message to us, but you can always email us directly at support@1password.com to bypass BitBot if you'd prefer.

    It looks like you've successfully opened a case with us shortly after posting here, so we'll continue that conversation there, and I'll close this thread here. One of our team will reply to you as soon as they can. :)
