Corp account, family account, and now another corp account

I used to work for a consulting firm (OpFocus) that got us using 1Password, so I started my free family account, and I liked it a lot. I left that firm and started paying for my family account. Now another consulting firm I work for is getting on the 1Password bandwagon so I'm wondering two things:
1. Can I link the two accounts so that I just need to log in once?
2. Can I get back to the free family account?

Yep, if your new place of work is using a 1Password Business account, you can link it to your existing 1Password Families account:
