"You make the move, we’ll help cover the cost"
.
Reference:
That link presumably allows Lastpass to switch to 1P, and also to recoup any outstanding current charges for Lastpass.
Issue: The link fails
In Firefox, the immediate message is : "Please enable Javascript or turn off any ad blockers to load this page."
In Chrome, the process continues for longer, but still fails with a blue screen of death.
Please advise.
Thanks

Hello @ad38! 👋
I'm sorry that you're not able to access the page in question. I've just tested and the link is working for me in both Firefox and Chrome. Have you disabled Javascript in either Firefox or Chrome or do you have any extension installed that might be interfering with the page in question?
Try opening an Incognito or Private window (with no extensions enabled) and let me know if that works better. Make sure that Javascript is enabled in your browser since the page uses Javascript to render page content.

Hi @Dave_1PYou say:
- Have you disabled Javascript in either Firefox or ChromeJavascript is enabled. I have never disabled javascript in any browser
You say:
- do you have any extension installed that might be interfering with the page in question?I disabled ALL extensions in Firefox and Chrome. I still get the same error message : "Please enable Javascript or turn off any ad blockers to load this page."
You say:
- Try opening an incognito windowHow do I do that ?
QUESTION: For this single issue, can you please ask your developers for a one-off hack to allow me to get up and running with 1Password. AFAIK, the hack only needs to contain the code-behind that would be executed when I press the "I'm ready to switch" button on the page: "https://1password.com/switch"
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. You can open an Incognito / Private window using these steps:
- Browse in Incognito mode - Computer - Google Chrome Help
- Private Browsing - Use Firefox without saving history | Firefox Help
If you still can't open the page using an Incognito / Private window then please send an email to
support+forum@1Password.com
and include a link to this thread. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and make sure it's gotten to the right place. 🙂-Dave

With Firefox, Incognito mode failed.
With Chrome, Incognito mode worked. 1Pass is now installed.
Thanks for your help
