Cannot Begin recovery

Has anyone seen this when you cannot Begin the recovery for users even after trying after a while.

    I'm sorry that you're running into issues with recovery. I see that you've also opened ticket with our support team and they'll be in the best position to assist with this further. You'll receive a reply via email as soon as possible.

    If you've received an auto-reply to your support ticket then please reply to it with the following:

    1. The public IP address that you're currently using.
    2. A console log generated while reproducing the error: Save a console log in your browser

    This will help speed resolution of the issue. Since we have a ticket open via email, I'll close this forum thread to prevent duplication of efforts.
