Support for virtual user accounts to provide fine-grained access to large store of passwords
Does 1Password have any plans to support "virtual user accounts" so that a single actual person who uses 1Password across different devices (Linux, Mac, Windows) can have a virtual user (separate credentials) per "device" or "security perimeter" to assign fine-grained access to multiple personal vaults ("Highly Sensitive", "Day-to-day", etc)? Basically a cheaper Families plan that supports 2-4 virtual user accounts.
I currently use 1Password to store all my credentials (400+) which range from "very sensitive" to "I don't really care if it gets stolen." I also use a variety of computers (Linux, Mac, Windows) with different levels of security. The most sensitive passwords only need to be accessed from 1 or 2 computers but with the current model I'm forced to grant access to all passwords across all the devices I install 1Password on. That's too much risk for me, so I currently don't install 1Password in low trust systems like Windows, and I manually type passwords there when I need it, but that adds friction. I also don't really need access to certain very sensitive passwords on the "medium security" systems, but I currently open myself up for unnecessary risk in those systems for convenience.
The other alternatives that I'm considering add more complexity (e.g. use a combination of 1Password and Bitwarden) and aren't as appealing as having a feature like this on 1Password.
Thanks

I'm not aware of any ongoing possibilities of a virtual type account. There have been feature requests for the ability to limit which devices sync for example.
Some of our users in the community have their data segmented in a shared vault. The share is accessible to a guest user account. That guest account can be used as a different access level with a different password. That may be an option you could look into. A typical use case is their main account (personal device) contains all of their needed data. The may use the guest account on their work device to limit the data on that work device. I'm not sure if something like this would fit your needs.
