Subject: Unable to Complete Membership Payment Due to Bank Authorization Issue

Hello,

I’m having trouble paying for my 1Password membership. Every time the system attempts to charge my card, my bank sends me an SMS requesting authorization for the transaction. I promptly authorize it, and the bank confirms with another SMS that my authorization was received and advises me to try the charge again.

However, the charge doesn’t seem to be retried immediately after I authorize it. Since the payment attempts are automated and occur only once a day or less frequently, the transaction doesn’t go through, and I’m unable to complete the payment.

I’ve been unable to contact anyone directly to help resolve this issue. Could someone please assist me with this problem? I would greatly appreciate any help to get my membership payment processed successfully.
