IPadOS 18.1 Safari Extension Not Showing Entry Details
I noticed that after the latest 1Password update and/or updating my iPad to 18.1, there the Safari extension is no longer able to show the details of entries. I can see the list of entries on the left side of the extension pop-up, but the right column remains blank, no matter the type of entry.
I have:
- Disabled/Re-enabled the Safari extension
- Force quit and re-started Safari
- Restarted my iPad
Notably, if I put Safari in split screen side-by-side mode, the Safari extension slides up from the bottom of the screen instead of the pop-up, and in this bottom slide, the entry details do show up.
Device: iPad Pro 11 M4
Operating System: iPadOS 18.1
1Password Version: 8.10.48
1Password Extension Version: 8.10.48.25
Browser: Safari

Hello @Giolon! 👋
I'm sorry that you're not seeing item details in 1Password for Safari on your iPad. This is a known issue in iPadOS 18.1 and is due to recent changes made to Safari. Our developers are currently working on a fix which we hope to release as soon as possible in a future update to 1Password.
For the time being, you can get item details from the 1Password for iOS app and copy and paste them as needed: Copy and fill passwords into apps that don't work with 1Password

I'm happy that you're no longer seeing the issue. 1Password for iOS 8.10.50 does indeed include a fix for the issue:
- We’ve fixed an issue where you couldn’t see item details in 1Password for Safari after the updating to iOS 18.1.
For anyone else running into the issue, please update: How to keep 1Password up to date
