Control item shown on Keyboard quick access
Hello, I do sometimes have several accounts on one webpage, for example on Gmail. But one of them is the item I use for 95% of the time. But quick access always suggests one that I use very rarely. Is there a way to control which one is shown? I tried alphabetical, but that didn't work. Any way to accomplish that?

Hello @Tabaluga! 👋
Thanks for reaching out. Can you clarify what you mean by "quick access"? 1Password doesn't have a feature called "quick access" on iOS which is where I see you posted this discussion thread.
You can generally have a login be presented above other logins by making it favourite: Organize with favorites and tags
If that doesn't work then can you tell me the following:
- Are you filling into Safari or another browser/app?
- Are you using the 1Password for Safari extension or iOS Password AutoFill to fill your login? You can find a description of each method here:
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Dave_1P,
I meant the single login that is presented above the keyboard as soon as you click in a password field. Is the one that shows up possible to be influenced?
Btw I found a second question regarding that function.:
I recognized that for some login pages it recognizes already for the email/username field that it is a login form, and it presents a login. For others, especially when there is only an email/username field on the first page, 1password doesn’t recognize this as a login form, and the login is shown first when you click a button on the page that leads to the password input field, and it goes a page further. Like on Amazon.
Those pages are extremely annoying, since you have to manually go into the 1P App and search for the login mail/username input it manually to have access to the password field for autofill. Is there a reason for that behavior that I can influence?BR Tabaluga

Favorites are supposed to show up first, but at time of writing, there's a known issue with that, however a fix has been written and is on the way, although I don't know exactly when it'll be available. ☞ Organize with favorites and tags
As for your other question, with two-page sign-in forms, such as Amazon, and others, it is usually the case that iOS doesn't offer you the "🔑 Passwords" on the email address or username field, since it's typically expecting to see two fields – one for username and one for password. Without both, it treats the email address field exactly as it would for something like signing up for a newsletter.
Because 1Password can't do anything to influence the behaviour of iOS's Password AutoFill system, I can suggest a workaround. In iOS, you can set up "text replacement" shortcuts which take an abbreviation that you choose, such as
.em
or something like that, and replace it with the text of your choice.☞ How to use Auto-Correction and predictive text on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
That way, when you encounter a two-page sign-in form like this one, you can enter whatever abbreviation you choose to enter your email address, then you'll be able to autofill on the password page using the "🔑 Passwords" button on the keyboard.
In iOS 18, you can also double-tap the field (just like how you copy and paste) and tap AutoFill > Passwords, which will open the 1Password pop-up. iOS doesn't tell 1Password "where" you are, like it does when you autofill using the "🔑 Passwords" button on the keyboard, so you'll have to find the item and tap the (•••) three-dot menu next to the username field to Copy it, so that you can paste it into the field on the first page of the form.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions. :)
