Remove or unsuspend a Suspended family member
I set up an account for my wife ages ago and she never signed in and is now shown under 'Manage Account - People' as Suspended.
When I click on More Details there are no options to delete her account or start the recovery process. (Note: she is also set up as a Family Organizer).
How can I reset her account to restart the set up process (i.e. unsuspend the account, or delete it entirely so I can start over)?

You could reactivate her account and then initiate a recovery of her account. Recovery would be an option once she is reactivated. You can also click on her name on the people page to take these steps. You may find that easier.
