Not sure where I am with membership or backup?
I've been using 1Password on my Android phone for several years and love it.
Been very useful.
I cannot remember if I paid for it or not.
It is version 7.9.4 now.
I don't seem to be able to log in to any kind of "account" anywhere.
I don't need anything extra or to change the way I use it.
My concern is how do I get it up and running again if my phone is lost or stolen?
Would it be just downloading it from the store on a new phone and then using my google backup to re-instate it?
Been reading through several pages of support and am still lost.
Cheers

Hello @dilalio! 👋
Thank you for reaching out! I can certainly help you find more information about your 1Password membership or license. Can you tell me the following:
- Do you see a vault named "Primary" in 1Password on your Android device?
- Are you able to see a 1Password account under any of your email addresses here: https://start.1Password.com/support
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the reply.
I did go through that process before coming to the community forum and can confirm that, yes, I do have a vault named "primary" and none of my email addresses return as an identified account throughout the various regions. As said, I did try that process but it got a little confusing.

Thanks for the reply. It sounds like you don't have a 1Password membership and are instead using a legacy standalone vault, this means that your passwords are just stored on your Android device unless you're syncing them using a different method like Dropbox.
Since 1Password 7 is no longer supported or being updated, I recommend that you migrate to 1Password 8 and a 1Password account. This will ensure that you have access to 1Password on all of your devices and that your passwords are safely backed up to your account. You can find our guide here: Upgrade to 1Password 8
If you run into any trouble then sent an email to
support@1Password.com
with a link to this thread and our dedicated migration team will be able to help further. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and make sure it's gotten to the right place. 🙂-Dave
