You can't edit this vault

in Mac

I saw a vault in desktop app, but it said "You can't edit this vault" as image show below

And not able to find that vault when login using web as image show below

I want to delete that vault, what should I do?

    I found the issue, it a vault managed by admin, thank you

    Thanks for reaching out! The Employee vault comes built-in to 1Password Business and Teams accounts and can't be edited or deleted.
