Unable to sign in when using Zen Browser

    I also cannot login in Zen browser even without desktop app connection. I use the EU servers and a Yubikey to login, but the extension never picks up the authentication. So it doesn't work with or without the desktop app.
    EDIT: There are several reviews of the extension that state that "Can't log in on .eu domain". Is this issue actively tracked?

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble signing in when using Zen Browser. Zen Browser is not a supported browser which means that you might run into issues that we're not aware of. That being said, I'll help as much as possible.

    When you say that you can't sign in when using Zen Browser, are you trying to sign in to 1Password.eu itself? Or to the browser extension? Can you tell me what specific error message you see when you try to sign in?

    Can you temporarily download Firefox and see if you can sign in using that browser? This will tell me if the issue can be reproduced in a supported browser.
