1PW missing from Autofill & Passwords
Recently it worked fine, but suddenly 1PW is missing from System Preferences > General > Autofill & Passwords. Why? Tried stable, beta, etc, but nothing. And as mentioned, worked until just recently but had a clean install. Seen issues on Reddit for the same issue. It affects some logins at times (rarely, but...)

I don't think 1Password supports or ever supported native macOS Autofill (using Apple's AutoFill Credential Provider extensions). You can use this on iOS and iPadOS, but for macOS 1Password is currently going the path of offering their own system-wide Autofill for which it requires Accessibility permissions. More details on this are here.

Hello @krusnof! 👋
As tobyx mentioned (thanks for the help!), 1Password doesn't support those options in macOS and it's normal not to see 1Password listed there. I recommend that you keep "AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys" turned off on that screen. To save and fill your passwords, including your one-time passwords, follow these guides to setup 1Password in your browser and Universal Autofill:
I hope that helps.

Thanks both but it absolutely was there before in 15.1 betas. That's why I found it weird it's missing.

1Password has never supported the macOS AutoFill feature, however we do support the iOS AutoFill feature which works in a similar way.
The functionality to "hook" into the macOS AutoFill feature hasn't been built for the Mac app so you shouldn't have seen 1Password as an option on that screen. By any chance, do you have a screenshot of what you saw with the beta version of macOS 15 so that I can better understand the situation?
