Hi, I have an issue when safari extension doesn't fill credentials for my router with freshtomato firmware. It doesn't even work if I click on autofill manually.

It works with google chrome, but I have to manually click on 1p extension and autofill button.

Is there any chance that my credentials will be filled automatically?

Thanks Peter.

  • Hello @dufoq3! 👋

Thanks for reaching out! Try filling the basic authentication prompt using 1Password's Universal AutoFill (command-backslash on your keyboard) rather than using the browser extension:

Let me know how that goes. 🙂

Hi @Dave_1P, one more question: is there a way how to reverse order? I'd like to sort asc.

  • @dufoq3,

The items in the Quick Access suggestions are sorted so that any items marked as Favourite will be at the top of the suggestions. Any that aren't marked as a favourite will then be sorted by Account (if you use multiple 1Password accounts) > Alphabetically by title.

That said, I've submitted a feature request for our product team, who will review these requests to see how we can improve 1Password in the future.

I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi @EvonG1P,

I'm using only one 1P account. I've just removed these 3 items from favourites, but as you can see they are sorted properly in 1P app (bottom part of the picture), but when I want to fill it into Chrome with CMD+SLASH --> sort order is different.

    Thank your. Peter.

  • Thank you for the additional details, @dufoq3.

Once you've removed the favourites, the Quick Access menu will sort alphabetically by title, excluding special characters. Our development team is actively working on improving the consistency of suggestions. I appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
