Migration request each login
I'm getting a request to migrate my devices each time I log in. I keep saying yes; it then says its complete. But an indication that something's not right is that part of the message says,"The new format is not compatible with (null)."

Thanks for posting the screenshot. That prompt doesn't appear to be related to 1Password, can you let me know if you posted the wrong screenshot?
The prompt in your screenshot appears to be referring to a product called "Omnifocus", not 1Password. Let me know if I misunderstood. 🙂
