Browser Integration broken

I installed both brave and firefox. Browser integration is as expected on brave, if I logged into my 1password account prior to launching browser, the extension shows unlocked. Firefox prompts for master password (extension shows locked) every time browser is launched. Any advice? I am going to try to reinstall the desktop app to see if it restores the browser integration. Anything else to try? ESR version (firefox-esr) seemed to work ok
