chrome extension does not integrate with all of my vaults
I have 4 vaults in my account organized under 'Our Family' (I don't understand that taxonomy); Shared, Private & VaultA and VaultB (renamed for privacy). I've installed the chrome extension and I've selected 3 of the 4 vaults in the drop down on the extension; Shared, Private and VaultA.
Then I go to store a password because the extension isn't capable of finding it in any of my vaults (problem #1). The I select Update existing. It only shows entries from other vaults and it also only shows "Our Family" and "Private" on the modal.
Basically, it can't find the password to pull it into the field nor can I tell it which vault the password entry is in. And I'm back to cutting and pasting between the extension and the field (which I was effectively doing before except substitute extension with 1Password Mac app.
I don't see the point of the extension if it can't interact with all my vaults and it CLEARLY shows the vault in which the password is stored as being included in the extension's filter. So frustrated. Wish you guys just made it super simple to cut and paste from the Mac app so I didn't have to deal with any of this extension crud which always causes me grief.
1Password Version: 8.10.52
Extension Version: 8.10.52.25
OS Version: MacOS 14.7.1
Browser: Chrome

So I cannot explain why - but now it's working. Go figure. Sorry for the trouble.

I take it back - it works for some sites (like Google Workspace) but for AWS' sign-in, not so much (I have accounts in all my vaults). Ugh

Hello @jimmyjayp! 👋
I'm sorry that you're running into issues when using 1Password in the browser. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:
- What is the website address of the website that you're running into issues with?
- Do you have that website address saved with your login credentials in 1Password?
- Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you see when you try to fill a saved password? Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot.
