Unable to add new account to family account using app

I am trying to add new account using the app. After adding email, password, and security key I get error msg: you must sign out before new account can sign in

    It sounds like you might be signed in as a different family member already. Only one member of a family or team can be signed in to the main 1Password app at once. This is to make sure that permissions for vaults are applied correctly. For example, this guarantees that only you can see your Private vault.

    If that's the case, you'll need to Sign out of 1Password before you can sign in as a different family member.
