Is there a way to import from Apple Passwords App

Hi ,
I’m a long time user of 1Password on all my devices but it seems the Apple Password manager has got some passwords that 1Password didn’t capture? I’ve been having issues with the Safari plugin!
Is their a way to import passwords etc from the Apple Password App into 1Password
Appreciate any assistance

    Thanks for reaching out. You can export passwords from Apple Passwords and into 1Password by following the steps in this guide:

    Thanks for the rapid response Dave,
    I tried your suggestion , got 40 of the 113 but not all could be that I had iCloud turned off for passwords now on no difference, maybe needs time to sync,I did find Password App has an export function must have missed that but same result

    Thanks for the reply. You can also find instructions on how to export from the Apple Passwords app (which it sounds like you tried) on Apple's website: Export passwords from your Mac to a file - Apple Support (CA)

    If the exported CSV file doesn't contain all of your passwords then I would recommend reaching out to Apple to see what might be going wrong. In the meantime, you can manually copy and paste your login credentials over to 1Password.
