shared vault not visible to guest
I have a shared vault in my family account which I have shared with my work account as a guest. However, the vault is never visible to the guest. I ready another post about this which recommended creating a new vault and sharing, which I did, with no success. I am at a loss how to troubleshoot the problem more.

Has the invite been accepted and confirmed by the owner? Was the desired vault shared with the user?

Yes to all the above. The user shows in my people list as a guest. When I view the details, I see the shared vault, along with Chrome Extension in the "linked to your account" list

I use the chrome extension in Vivaldi as well as the desktop app.

Thoughts:
- Cancel the invite and invite again.
- Do you see the new vault in your family account? It should also be visible there, too.
- Ensure you're not trying to share the Personal or Private vault. It's not shareable.
- Ensure you shared the correct vault. Sounds like you've already done this.
- Do you see data available to the guest user account when you log into 1Password.com as that user?
- If you open the browser extension and look in the upper left-hand corner does it show 0 vaults? If so, you likely need to enable the vault in the extension. Select that section and filter vaults. Add the desired vault, Ensure you save the selection. The vault should now be available in the extension.

- I have already tried this, and with a new vault. It did not work.
- I do see the vault in the family account and the items in it.
- It is not; it's a new vault I recreated specifically for this purpose.
- I am sharing the correct vault
- I do not see it anywhere - not in the app, nor the extension, nor online.
- In my personal account, the extension and app both show the Personal vault as well as another vault I created. I do not see the shared vault.
The only other oddity I can add is that when I created the personal account, I originally used the same email as the family account, but with a separate password. I have since changed the email address.

I'd recommend emailing my colleagues. They may be able to check your logs which we do not have access to here in the community.
