Account frozen but paid until February
For various reasons today I cancelled my subscription, planning to allow it to run out for the time I'd paid for and make a decision on if I am sticking with 1Password or going to their competitor. The notice when I cancelled it said that it would go until the end of my paid period, which was February 27, 2025. So I cancelled. My account was IMMEDIATELY frozen. This goes against what you are told when you cancel, what the chat bot tells you, and what support will tell you. I paid for that time, it's ridiculous that I wouldn't get to use the subscription until my renewal date. At least 1Password made my decision about going to the competitor easier. There's no way I would continue business with a business that would do this.

Thank you for reaching out! When you cancel your 1Password account, your canceled subscription should remain active until the end of the current billing period.
If your account was frozen immediately after cancelling and you still have time left on the current billing period then it sounds like something went wrong. I'm sorry for the trouble.
