As the account holder I created the 1Password Families account and was transferring my items from LastPass Families subscription.

I notice that all of the passwords I brought over from LastPass ended up in "Our Family"
-a- Is Our Family a shared entity or is that just the name that is always default generated?
-b- How do I change the name?
-c- If it is shared, how do I not make it not shared since these are my private credentials and I would not want others to have access to them.

The family account is a collection of accounts. The account you're using is your account. It just took on the name Family to help illustrate it was a family account.

All data placed in the Private/Personal vault is private to you and you alone. Each person in the family group has their own Personal/Private vault that no one else can access. Nothing is shared unless you place it into a shared vault. The default shared vault that is part of the family is equally accessible by all members of the family. Any additional vaults you create may or may not be shared depending on how you configure them.

    Create and share vaults

You can change the account name by visiting https://my.1password.com and then selecting the Settings tab in the sidebar. I recommend keeping it something family-oriented or neutral. Naming it something like Joe's account can also be equally as confusing to additional family members. You'll be good to go as long as everyone knows the name you decide on signifies the family. If you wanted something more neutral, the sky is the limit.
