"Fill Anyway"? When using Ghostery browser

I am using 1Password on my Google Pixel 8. I currently use the Ghostery Browser. 1Password correctly fills my username and password, but then every time I get 'Fill Anyway? 1Password can't verify the app or website should have access to your xxxxxx login'. I get only two options, 'Cancel' or 'Allow Once'. This happens every time. It's annoying. At the very least I'd expect an 'Always Fill' option.
Have I missed a setting or option somewhere?

It happens with every single site using Ghostery Browser on Android.
