Can't log in!

Super frustrating! My team member can sign in successfully on the web, but can't sign in in the app! Why? Clearly the SAME login and password, but keeps failing, even after a password reset. What's going on??

    1. Are you using 1Password Teams or Business?
    2. Which platform is the user trying to sign into the 1Password app on? Mac, Windows, etc...
    3. What error message does the user see?
