AWS IAM 'Open and fill' seems to always fail authentication on first pass

(This is not the direct AWS console log in, but the one with your IAM number already in there)

Open and fill always fails the first time with 'authentication failed'

My guess is that it is putting the info in the wrong fields, but if there is a way to 'slow it down' to see what it is doing I can provide more info

    Are you using the Open and fill feature from 1Password in the browser? If so, turn off Autosubmit on that Login item to see if that improves the behaviour:

    1. Open the 1Password extension pop-over.
    2. Locate the AWS IAM Login item.
    3. Click the three dots ( ⋮ ) for more options and select Don't sign in automatically.
