Does 1Password support exist? No response in 16 days to my last question here.
Perhaps I don't understand how to get technical problems addressed by 1Password. I posted questions about several problems I am having with 1Password for Mac on this forum 16 days ago. There has been no response. Today, 1Password can't fill in my account information on this site, the 1Password Community Discussion page. I have upgraded 1Password to the newest version, and upgraded my macOS as well. It's possible that the recent upgrade to macOS 15.2 relates to my 1Password problems (but not the previous ones). However, recent experience is that posting here for support help has no effect.
The 1Password support Chatbot doesn't work at all on my computer. Like many companies, your goal seems to be to prevent any contact with the support team, and to prevent a user like myself from getting any help in solving problems with your software, until we are exhausted and give up.
This is so different from all your sales materials and your Random but Memorable podcast, which I enjoy. If only the promises made in those places were fulfilled when support is actually needed.
