Enhancement request: allow selecting already existing Icon

Hi, when changing data record icon I can add new icon image. Please provide a way to choose from already uploaded images. I.e. I have multiple records from same app/company and I want all of them to have the same icon.

Options::

  • providing a list of already uploaded images to choose from
  • or providing an action to copy icon from existing record

    I created a specific vault for this and upload my icons as documents. When I need one I download it and apply to the new item. I'm not sure if that would fit your needs. I change the document icon itself so it's visually easier to find.

    I agree being able to download one from an existing item would alleviate this custom vault and manually needing to keep track of the icons. Thanks for sharing. I'll get this before the team for further consideration.
