Mac Safari 1Password extension sometimes broken

In this screen shot you will see a situation where 1Password will not autofill anything. Here it seems to offer my email address in an inline menu but clicking on that does not make it enter the email address. Clicking on the little "Close" button will change it from Close to Open but that's about it. Clicking on the other fields, for example First Name, will bring up an inline menu of my credit cards rather than offering to fill in my first name. Is this a failing of this particular site?

I've seen a bunch of aberrant behavior of the 1Password extension in Safari on the Mac lately, so I will enter these as I see them.
