dotCA and dotCOM?
My partner and I have had an individual plan for several years and one of our kids has an individual plan also. Other offspring have no PW manager at all even though they are tech savvy (well clearly not so savvy at all...eyes rolling). I dont think it will make a difference but I will see if an offer of me paying for a Family subscription will woo them over. BUT given that my 1P is dotCOM (a mistake when I first signed up) and the one kid is dotCA.....do we all have to have the same country extension to have a family plan?

Yes. You'd migrate either your accounts or theirs to the desired region. Everyone in the family would need the same region.
