How to switch from 1P without Subscription to Individual Subscription

Hi I've been using the 1P app in my iPhones (synching with iCloud) for several years, without a subscription. I would like to switch to a Subscription Licenses model to use more features and cross-devices capabilities. How can I make this change and make sure I keep all of my passwords and data I currently have sync'ed with iCloud? Thanks.
