1password apps version 7 and version 8 both function normally; but we cannot login to the website

    Is this something new? 1Password.com will be accessible with the password you use when you created your membership. Do you have your Secret Key?

    Your account password and Secret Key are used to decrypt your 1Password data. Because your privacy and security are our priority, they're stored on your device and are never sent to us: About your Secret Key
    
    Do you have any devices that are still signed in at the moment? If you do, you can locate your account details there. Search for a 1Password Account item in your vault. You should see your password and Secret Key there.
