How do I remove the standalone license from 1Password 7 on Mac?

I have an old local vault in 1Password 7 on Mac. I would like to put it in read-only mode ("freeze it") and I understand that I can do that by removing the standalone license. I tried removing the file
~/Library/Group Containers/2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits/License/1Password 7 License.onepassword7-license-mac
but it comes back and 1Password 7 is still licensed.

Any other location that I need to clear?

    I'd also suggest checking the keychain.

    I tried removing it from both the filesystem and keychain and it still comes back. There has to be another place where it's stored.
