Stop prompting to save credentials on certain sites?

I would like 1Password not to offer to save passwords for certain sites for which I prefer to retain credentials in my head. How do I accomplish this?

1Password Version: 8.10.56
Extension Version: 8.10.56.28
OS Version: MacOS 13.3
Browser: Safari
