How can I extract all passwords + MFA from a family account to a personal account?

I have been a member of a family account and will now stop having access to it. Before it happens I want to migrate the passwords I have to a new account. Some of the passwords have MFA data I do not want to loose.
What is the best way to do this?

Add both accounts to the desktop app and drag and drop items from your old account to your new account.
